Eligibility: Books must be primarily set in, or be about Vancouver. Author's place of residence and where the book was published is not restricted.

Description: This award recognizes books for their excellence and their contribution to an appreciation and understanding of Vancouver, its history, and the achievements of its residents. Books may be fiction, non-fiction, drama or poetry, written for adults or children, and may deal with any aspect of the city, including its history, geography, current affairs or the arts.
