Eligibility: Non-governmental organizations or individuals with a demonstrated record of frontline work in human rights or democratic development in any country or region of the world. Must be independent of any political party or governmental affiliation. Must be committed to non-violence.
Value: $25,000 and a speaking tour of Canada.
