CTV Fellowships for the Banff Television Festival Deadline: Late March, annually
Eligibility: Applicants are expected to show evidence of their achievements and/or potential in the television industry, (i.e. actual accomplishments, letters of recommendation, employment record, etc.) Applicants with specific projects to promote at Banff are particularly welcome. CTV Fellowships are intended for individuals who could not afford to attend the festival without a subsidy. Financial need will be a significant factor in adjudicating fellowship applications. Applicants must be Canadian citizens or landed immigrants, and should be currently residing in Canada. If not residing in Canada, applicants must be able to demonstrate that their work will directly benefit the Canadian television industry.
Value: CTV Fellowships cover the following: full festival registration, including admission to all seminars, workshops, and on-demand screenings; all official social events; and air transportation. Accommodation and all other costs of attending the festival are the responsibility of the fellowship recipient.
