Canadian Sugar Institute / Institut canadien du sucreThe Canadian Sugar Institute (CSI) is a national trade association representing Canadian sugar manufacturers. CSI liaises with government on legislation, trade policies and international agreements. CSI's Nutrition Information Service provides comprehensive nutrition communications, based on current research on sugar and health, and produces a variety of free educational materials in English and French. L'Institut canadien du sucre (ICS) est une association manufacturière d'envergure nationale qui représente les fabricants de sucre du Canada. L'ICS discute avec le gouvernement de mesures législatives, de politique commerciale et d'accords internationaux.
