Tourette Syndrome Foundation of Canada / La Fondation canadienne du syndrome de la tourette Tourette Syndrome (TS) is a neurological or "neurochemical" disorder characterized by tics — involuntary, rapid, sudden movements or vocalizations. TS is complicated by the associated disorders of ADHD, OCD, Learning and Behavioural difficulties. The Tourette Syndrome Foundation of Canada is a national voluntary organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for those with or affected by Tourette Syndrome through programs of education, advocacy, self-help and the promotion of research.
