Quebec Community Newspapers Association/ Association des journaux régionaux du Québec QCNA (formerly the Association of Quebec Regional English Media) is a non-profit professional association representing English-language and bilingual community and special interest publications in Quebec. The Association office clears advertising, provides educational services to members, public relations services to the public and industry, and lobbies government on behalf of its members. QCNA is both a source of information about English Quebec and a vehicle for reaching the 919,000 English-speaking Quebec adults 18+# in their language of usage.
