The Anglican Diocese of Toronto The Diocese of Toronto is the largest diocese in the Anglican Church of Canada, comprising 350 active clergy, serving 284 congregations. Half the population of Ontario lives within the diocesan boundaries and 95,000 are active Anglicans. The worship of this Christian denomination covers the spectrum from conservative to contemporary, and is both sacrament and scripture-focussed.
