Canadian Cystic Fibrosis Foundation (CCFF) / Association québécoise de la fibrose kystique (AQFK) The Canadian Cystic Fibrosis Foundation is a non-profit, voluntary health charity founded in 1960. Working through more than 50 chapters across Canada, the Foundation raises and allocates funds to conduct research into improved care and treatment, to seek a cure or control for cystic fibrosis, and to promote public awareness of cystic fibrosis.
