Co-operative Housing Federation of Toronto (CHFT)
CHFT is a member-supported organization representing 165 non-profit housing co-operatives in Toronto and York Region. CHFT provides members with advice, education and bulk buying services. The Co-op Housing Bookstore publishes "plain language" information on co-ops. CHFT's Charitable Fund supports an employment program, a rent-bank and a public housing conversion project.
