Taking place at the Old Mill in Toronto, Ontario, the full-day event will highlight the latest franchise-related legislative developments and case law, with an emphasis on best practices to be learned from leading cases.
Each year, CFA Franchise Law Day focuses on legal topics that are of pressing interest to franchise professionals in their day to day business operations, says Lorraine McLachlan, President and CEO of the Canadian Franchise Association.
