The Sources Web site is maintained by a small group so it is not possible to address the idiosyncrasies of the variety of Web browsers in use. We have decided to limit our testing to Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 and Mozilla FireFox 1.5. We will ensure compatibility into the future as program updates, patches and security fixes are released. If you do not use one of these browser please read about our recommended browser. If you are using FireFox or Internet Explorer 6 and are having difficulty using our Web site please contact us at 416-988-9586. Recommended Web Browser
Our Web site is designed to work with FireFox and Microsoft Internet Explorer. However, we recommend using FireFox over Internet Explorer. FireFox is small, unobtrusive, and conforms to Internet standards set by international organizations. We feel that FireFox is less likely to be targeted by the variety of threats on the Internet because it does not support the propriety Web extensions built into Microsoft Internet Explorer. In additon, Internet Explorer's tight integration with the Windows operating system compounds the potential for damage should something go wrong. FireFox is an open source project developed by the the non-profit Mozilla Foundation. It is available free of charge for Windows, Mac and Linux computers in more than 35 languages. FireFox will run on Windows 95, 98, ME and 2000, so you won't need to update your computer to use it. If you use a different browser, FireFox is worth a try. Click here to download a version of FireFox that meets your language and operating system needs. This section will be added to as problems arise.
