Quebec Corporation of Athletic Therapists / Corporation des Thérapeutes du Sport du Québec The QCAT, one of the founding members of the Quebec Sports Medicine Council, is the licensing body of athletic therapy in Quebec. Its mission is to protect the public and educate its members.
