What do You Stand For?

April 23, 2014

Carol Faull, Partner at Fusion Strategic Inc., will address some of Canada’s top women leaders on May 14, 2014 at the Women’s Leadership Forum, put on by the Canadian Institute at the Yorkville Intercontinental Hotel.

Carol’s background as a trailblazing woman, setting up Mobile telecommunication networks in India, Romania and Brazil, along with her consulting work with large North American corporations has made her realize that the world’s most successful organizations are those where senior management and employees are fully aligned with company values.

Her speech ‘What You Stand For: The Importance of Understanding and Living your Core Values” is a topic Ms. Faull has given great thought to. She’s observed that the world’s most successful organizations are not always those with the deepest pockets but those where senior management and employees are fully aligned with company values. She will also discuss the similarities and differences between male and female values from a recent national study.

“Know what you stand for in order to claim the front seat,” she says. “As leaders, it is imperative that we understand and express our core values in order for our unique contribution to be valued by others.”

Fusion Strategic is a Transformation Consulting Firm that works with global and local organizations to ensure that corporate culture and the mission statement are aligned in practice as well as in theory.
