I was the Canadian legal delegate to negotiations under the International Treaty on Plant Genetic Resources, and the legal advisor to Agriculture Canada regarding the Cartagena and Convention on Biological Diversity. I have 18 years of experience in biotechnology transfer/licensing from universities and government to private industry."
