Company of Women Continues to Inspire Business Women
in Third Annual Journey to Success Conference

Company of Women is proud to present the third annual Journey to Success Conference on Tuesday, June 16, 2009. This all-day event for women in business will inspire, inform and fuel them up for the challenges ahead, with keynote speakers, panelists, exhibitors and networking opportunities.

Journey to Success speakers include author and international speaker, Peggy Grall discussing `Yes You Can.′ In this presentation Peggy will take a light look at the serious business of transformation. She will share tips and techniques on how you can face personal or professional change with a renewed sense of optimism, courage and success!
As well, our panel of top Canadian women entrepreneurs will discuss their `Lessons learned.′ Join Nancy Adamo, President and Owner of Hockley Valley Resort in Orangeville, Ontario, whose leadership and effortless grace transformed this landmark facility. Jill Anderson who took over her husband′s company, Aecometric Corporation, when he suffered a stroke in 1996, and finally Marg Hachey, Executive Vice-President of Duocom Canada Inc. Marg has annually appeared on the Top 100 Women business owners in Canada, since 1999, and in 2008, she was ranked #9.

Afternoon keynote speaker, Deborah Kimmett is best described as a cross between Erma Bombeck and Ellen. Discussing why "Reality is Over Rated" this Second City veteran will inspire people to think creatively and live their best life. Also join `Queen of Networking′ Donna Messer, a published author and trainer, in an interactive session, Networking 101.

Company of Women is also proud to present this year′s Luncheon Keynote speaker, the successful CHFI radio personality, Erin Davis. Erin shares her stories of "Living Out Loud" and her upbringing as an Air Force brat: how her constantly changing address taught her how to make friends and fit in. You′ll hear how she learned to poke fun at herself before the other kids could do it, how she stumbled into radio as a career - one for which she was perfectly suited - and how she rose rapidly to the top and stayed there for an extraordinary length of time. Erin tells about the challenges she faced on the way up - a strong woman trying to make it in a field dominated by men.

The MC for this exciting day is communications expert, Liz Radzick, whose approach promises to be both creative and entertaining.
